Schedule: Monday-Friday, No nights or weekends

Join a close-knit, patient-focused pediatric orthopedic practice where you can make a real impact.  We are a privately owned, well-established pediatric orthopedic clinic seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team.  This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced orthopedic surgeon in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview: The physician assistant will work alongside our orthopedic surgeon to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients. This role includes both clinic responsibilities and minor procedures in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric orthopedic conditions.
  • Perform physical exams and develop treatment plans.
  • Assist with procedures (casting, splinting, injections, fracture care, reductions, etc.).
  • Interpret imaging (xrays and MRI's).
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.
  • Collaborate closely with physician and clinical staff.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a PA-C.
  • Active or eligible for state licensure.
  • Orthopedic experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfort working with children and families.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications (Not Required):
  • Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pediatrics.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems.
